Blind
Each Resala branch has a computer equipped room for the blind. Volunteers can take printed material and type it on the computer. This enables the blind to later be able to listen to such material read automatically by the computer.
Alternatively, a volunteer can take part of a book or other printed material and recorded it on cassette tape with his or her voice. This enables the blind to listen to that book later on from the tape. This method is the most commonly used by most blind people in Egypt. It allows them to access books that are not printed in braille.
Resala also has braille printers for printing content to the blind in braille so that they can be able to read it.
