I would love to have a training facility that offers a wide range of diverse training courses specifically aimed at scanners.

Description

Idea

The idea is to create a special training center aimed at providing various courses for scanners. Usually training centers offer training in popular job related topics. The difference at the Scanner Training Center would be that it offers a huge amount of different courses in a large number of areas that may interest scanners. A great portion of these courses can be non-job related.

Diverse Interests

A scanner, for instance, may just love to learn about arranging flowers, not to work or have a job or even profit from it, but just for the fun of it and to feed his need and nourish his desire for this. Another scanner, or even the same one, may like to learn about genetics. And so on.

Guidelines

We can invite university professors or researchers to provide such training (ex: genetics). But in such case, we have to provide some guidelines for course design and lecture delivery in order to make it fun and exciting for learners and easy to digest by them and not boring as many university lectures are. After all, the scanners are coming to attend such courses for the fun of it or to use it right away and not for cramming info to put it in an exam paper seeking some degree or certificate.

Online Courses

The courses, or a select group of them, may be offered also online. This will enable a wider audience to take the courses they like. Some may even take a combination of an offline course and another online one (or more). Some courses may also be offered in a combined state, where part of the course is taken offline while the other part is done online.

Course Lists

Scanners are to be allowed to list their interests and courses which they would love to attend. We would then be compiling a huge list of courses from the input of scanners. The frequency by which each course is requested shall also be recorded and written in front of it in numeric form.

Instructors

We then seek instructors and trainers for courses in high demand (having high request frequencies). After that, we provide them with our unique course design and lecture design guiltiness and work with them to develop the scanner courses.
