- How do I cancel an order?

If you prefer not to receive a replacement and wish to return the damaged product, we will process it as a standard return. However, please be aware that a return fee of up to 35% of the purchase price may apply, depending on the product’s condition and return circumstances. Additionally, we reserve the right to deduct any outbound shipping fees from the refund amount issued.
