You can cancel your order for free within 24 hours without any reason.

In such cases, we will promptly replace the defective item at no extra cost to you. If you prefer not to receive a replacement and wish to return the damaged product, we will process it as a standard return. However, please be aware that a return fee of up to 35% of the purchase price may apply, depending on the product’s condition and return circumstances. Additionally, we reserve the right to deduct any outbound shipping fees from the refund amount issued.
